How long in advance can I make a booking for cleaning?

Booking can be made anytime in advance for your preferred cleaning date and this should be done at least 24 hours before the required cleaning date. Short notice bookings can also be accommodated depending on availability.

Can I reschedule a cleaning date?

Rescheduling a cleaning session is possible and this should be done at least 12 hours before the reserved date.

How long is the cleaning duration?

Cleaning duration varies with each of our clients requirements but our staff will work efficiently at all times to ensure best results. Our cleaning is more thorough and in depth and may require our staff to clean for the full day to ensure best results.

What are your working hours?

Our normal working hours are between 9am and 5pm but exceptions can be made to cater for each of our clients unique requirements. We can also clean during the night depending on our clients requirements.

Which areas do you service?

We service all areas in Cape Town as well as all surrounding areas.

Are your staff trustworthy ?

Our staff have their backgrounds checked and are trained to be reliable and trustworthy , they can also even work in your absence.
